Good Old-Fashioned Jam and Jelly Classics
Raspberry Jam – classic jam packed full of fruit, perfect balance of tart and sweet. Has taken home a ribbon at The Royal Easter Show.
Strawberry Jam – a sweeter jam, i like to leave strawberries in larger bits so every now and then you might get a whole one!
Carrot & Lemon Jam – an interesting combination for those who like a slightly tarter jam.
Chilli Jelly – My own developed recipe – a clear jelly garnished with fresh chillies on top. Perfect balance of sweet, sour & hot. Looks fancy and tastes fabulous with a hard and soft cheeses. WOW your guests with something new and different! When your friends aren’t around, it’s great with bacon and egg sandwiches, or any sandwich for that matter. It will also come out at dinner time with chicken and fish. The list has been endless as to how people have been eating this stuff! This was one of the First Prize winning Jellies at this years Royal Easter Show.
Quince Jelly – One of my signature products – a clear jelly – perfect to use as a classic sweet spread or with hard and soft cheeses. A ribbon winner year after year at The Royal Easter Show and one of the First Prize winning Jellies at this years Royal Easter Show.
Rhubarb Jelly – A beautiful pink jelly – for those that love Rhubarb without the string. Would be a beautiful accompaniment for scones, but if you love rhubarb I imagine you would be in bliss with this on toast.
Guava Jelly – A clear jelly ranging from yellow-pink with a very distinct Guava flavour. Those who have tried this have come back for more. This was one of the First Prize winning Jellies at this years Royal Easter Show.
