Spiced Carrot Jelly

Carrots are one of the foods that we love to work with, unleashed potential. Here they’re gently spiced with cinnamon, garlic, ginger and cloves. The carrots themselves surprisingly sweet. Lobster would be great with this jelly. As this is the newest of all our jellies we have yet to discover the potential. A wild card in your pantry. Available in 70g, 130g, 260g and catering sizes.

Once the jar is opened, please store in the fridge.
